This agreement governs the agency’s promotion of ShowMeBus journeys through approved referral links.
1. Appointment
ShowMeBus appoints the agency as a non-exclusive referral partner. The agency may not collect customer payments or issue ShowMeBus tickets.
2. Commission
The standard commission is 2% of eligible ticket fare after discounts, excluding fees and extras, unless an effective written agency-specific rule applies.
3. Attribution and payout
Attribution lasts 30 days. Eligible commission becomes payable seven days after the complete journey and is subject to cancellations and proportional refund adjustments. The minimum payout is EUR 50.
4. Compliance
The agency must use accurate marketing, protect customer data, disclose the commercial relationship where required, and comply with applicable law.
5. Suspension and termination
ShowMeBus may suspend new referral attribution for overdue contract acceptance, fraud, abuse, or compliance risk without removing historical records or earned obligations.
