Included with your ticket

Each passenger may bring one small soft bag or backpack up to 7 kg and 30 × 18 × 42 cm, stored under the seat or in the overhead compartment, plus one checked bag up to 20 kg and 50 × 30 × 80 cm in the luggage compartment. Keep identification, medicines, electronics, money, and other valuables in the small bag with you.

Additional luggage

Each passenger may purchase at most one additional checked bag up to 20 kg and 50 × 30 × 80 cm for each journey segment. Add it in the Extras section during checkout or after booking. Space is limited, so book early; additional luggage does not cover oversized or special items.

Special and mobility items

Bicycles, large instruments, sports equipment, strollers, and oversized items are accepted only when offered as a separate extra or confirmed in writing by the operator. Mobility aids and accessibility equipment are handled separately under applicable rules; contact ShowMeBus before travel so the operator can confirm arrangements.

Packing and boarding

Label every bag with your name and contact details, arrive early, and follow the driver's loading instructions. Dangerous, illegal, flammable, explosive, leaking, or unsafe items are prohibited, and the operator may refuse items that risk people, the vehicle, or other luggage.

Problems and claims

Check your luggage when you collect it and report loss or damage as soon as possible, ideally before leaving the station. Contact ShowMeBus with your booking reference, journey details, photographs, and a description. The transport operator carries and investigates luggage; mandatory passenger rights and the booking's cancellation or refund terms remain unchanged.
